The historic Hepburn Palais celebrates its 100th birthday this year, reopening its doors to live music, dancing, comedy, theatre, and a plethora of special events with a fully refurbished audio-visual and stage experience.
The revitalisation of Hepburn Palais is first and foremost about bringing great entertainment back to the Hepburn shire...Jazz. Rock. Blues. Classic. Country. Soul. Punk. Opera. Disco. Metal. Pop. Alternative. Folk. Original Artists. Tribute Shows. Solo. Caberet. Big Band. Comedy. Live Theatre. Kids Entertainment.…as long as it's live we will bring it to Hepburn (and apologies to any genres we forgot to mention!).
Importantly, we are ensuring that Hepburn Palais has a world class sound and lighting system, which will help us in securing the best artists from around the globe for many years to come.
The Hepburn Palais is more than a just great live venue on Daylesfords' doorstep, it is a venue where people will want to travel from far and wide, stay at the wonderful accommodation options in the area, eat at one of the many restaurants, bistros, pubs, and cafes in the region, enjoy the unique Spa environment, and then grab a drink and soak up a great show at the historic Hepburn Palais.
Next sates for our FREE Open Mic Nights Winter are Thursday 16th July, Thursday 30th July, Thursday 11th August, and Thursday 27th August. No bookings needed...just show up! $10 Drinks All Night. Doors 6.3pm. Open Mic 7pm to 9pm.

FREE FRIDAY NIGHT PIANO BAR FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST AT HEPBURN PALAIS with renowned Australian pianist Peter Sullivan for a Friday Night Wine-Down of great live music on the grand piano in our Piano Bar. This FREE event features an evening of sweet soul, hot swing, cool jazz, contemporary hits, funky blues & some traditional classics. This event is FREE, no bookings required, drinks at bar prices, and fireplace roaring!
Peter Sullivan is an award-winning composer, producer and performer. He was one half of the renown Two Man Band, as arranger, co-performer and co-producer with Mike Brady on the AFL anthem "Up There Cazaly". Peter was musical director at Channel 9 for many years, responsible for shows including Carols By Candlelight, The Midday Show, Sale of the Century and The Footy Show. He has written arrangements and produced albums for Normie Rowe, Little River Band, The Seekers, Daryl Somers and Colleen Hewitt. He was also acknowledged for his work with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra on The John Farnham Album. Peter "Sully" Sullivan is one of Australia's most loved grand piano specialists, with a repertoire of songs to play that very few can match, and rarely fails to be able to play a request!
